I had various building with this company. I ran a building in the Northeast with 253 suites.I would review my messages and contact them back.I would walk around the property to check for any deficiencies and if noted any would report to the property Manager.I would book appointments and show suites, take applications and do background checks.Distribute jobs to maintenance and cleaners.Organize contractors for renovation work. Fill out work orders and distribute to maintenance. I liked the management they were very supportive, my co workers were excellent and we got the job at hand done in a timely manner.The hardest part of this position was sometimes a language barrier with the tenants who have a different 1st language then English.I lived at this site which was totally convenient for me.
