Managent was helpful, most of the time. It was a fast paced atmosphere. We had to follow all the rules strictly. We were monitored regularly for quality, lengh of call, etc. The Customer's Survey was taken very seriously. Our scores were published on the web-site annd we hadd to strive to get above 90 percent overall.
The friendly colleages were the best part of the job.
