Overall rating for this company is poor because there's not an incentive to stay there for a longer period because of the high turnover of employees. There was not a real support by the management team. They were more interested in making quotas, as opposed to training and reinvesting in good people to increase their production and loyalty.
There were no fitness affiliates with studios which help in working off the stress. There were no community lunches or dinners. A lot was missing! The most important issues were to arrive on time, sit at the phone, dial and leave on time. This is not a supportive or an incentive induced environment, not for me anyways.
That is very important to me. I.e to work for a company that invests in employees and rewards thm through support, pay increases, and promotions.
