Horrible work experience - worst executive staff in my 20+ year career
Director (Former Employee), Reston, VaNovember 26, 2013
Cons: everything
Nothing but politics, narcissistic and stupid people run the company. Greedy as you can get at the VP and C level. There was nothing enjoyable about my day as I spent my time with staff members who were crying and stressed out use to the rude and demeaning nature of executives. My entire group quit in less than one year and it is very difficult to retain – more... people, as anyone in their right mind quits. I did not learn anything except about lies of executive management and corporate greed!
Not worth the little money you are paid and don't believe them when they say they will give you a bonus. They haven't paid out to most people in over 6 years. Only to the cronies! – less

Caterer (Former Employee), Rosemont, ILNovember 25, 2013
A typical work day for me was filling up hundreds of yogurt and butter bowls and also cutting and plating all fruits and vegetables. My job was pretty easy nothing really to difficult. I got along great with my co-workers and watching them work hard and in a timely manner when I first started made me want to strive to get better and faster, and I ended – more... up being the best. – less

Poor
HR Professional (Former Employee), Dulles, VAOctober 17, 2013
Pros: free lunch and travel
Cons: poor management, bad company representation, poor benefits
This is the worst place I ever worked in the my HR career. The corporate office will tell staff that the company is not doing well however they are secretly give themselves a bonus. There is no wonder why they have such a large union employee base. They terminate employees without cause. This is legal as it is at will however you fire an entire team – more... of employees, your company representation is horrible and it states alot about the organization. – less
