Worst place I ever worked at. Company is financially unstable and employee turnover is very very high. Pay checks were not given on time. Vendors refused to supply raw materials and the owner made it look like it's the employees fault.
The office manager is extremely nice to work with but is a "yes man" to the boss. She has very little understanding of engineering which does not work well because the boss only communicates through her and a lot of information is lost in translation.
No overtime and one is expected to work on weekends initially as part of "training". The boss blames employees for delayed shipments. Uses phrases like "dropped the ball" for the employees when in fact products have not been shipped because of unavailable raw materials.
Worst is that once you leave everything bad that ever happened while you were working there will be blamed on you and you will be used as an excuse for delays and failures in front of the client.
Take my advice find a volunteers job. You will feel much better about yourself and find something better.
