Office Staff & Shop/ Assembly, Surrey, BC - 28 October 2016
Be skeptical when they hire you on the spot. If they do make sure to have everything on writing especially with your salary negotiation. There is so much cons to say, I don't know where to start. The biggest issue are no job security, company owes so much money to vendors and customers, and how they lie to almost everyone including their own staff aside from customers. The hardest part of this job is living a lie and having them pressure you to make a boiler when they there are no parts cause they can't buy them so how are you supposed to make something if the parts aren't there? not to mention tell their own customers that the boiler has been shipped when it hasn't even been made. These orders that the customer placed has been months and months before. Not to mention boilers are not up to the standard (doesn't even work once it reaches the customer). I feel horrible for the new receptionist that works here cause little does she know she is getting hired to be a scapegoat cause she's the only one that deals with angry customers and vendors.
