Cons: short staffed, unreliable staff and staff with limited knowledge or care of food safety guidelines
Administrator seems totally unfamiliar with Alberta Employment Standards regulations. Totally devoid of sympathy, emotion or basic understanding. Staff were forced to work within unreasonable budget guidelines and limited food availability to feed Seniors, because Administrator was paid a bonus based on corporate savings.

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WORKING AT GARNEAU HALL WAS MEMORABLE THE CLIENTELE THERE WAS SO WELCOMING AND VERY FRIENDLY. THE MANAGEMENT WAS POOR THOUGH I THOUGHT THAT THE MANAGER WAS SORT OF DISCRIMINATING TOWARDS ME.

very busy work days,must have alot of patience,the co workers are very fun and friendly,lack of oranizing the orders of the seniors and they keep changing their orders of menu when you ready to serve them,they dont give us what we deserve salary sometimes they cut our hours of work...enjoying serving the senior who appreciate you what are you doing – more... to them,feels good specially on a crazy day. – less
