Pros: working with good people, learn technics, procedures
Cons: salary and lack of hours
Its interesting,because you never know how your shift will be going,also it all depends on which post or site you will be placed.
I've learned to think about my safety first,and my fellow agents but also how to react to certain situations,like suicide attemp,cardiac arrest,violent person,crisis preventions,etc...

– more... i needed to put my own self aside to be able to help someone else,because you wanna be there for them and tell them how you think,but as an agent you have to separate the two's to be able to give the right help as needed.
The most enjoyable part of my job was and is when at the end of my day,I know i made a difference in helping someone that needed my attention and help. – less
