Pros: great hours, very little overtime, some good people.
Cons: below average salaries, terrible management, no direction, probably the worse company i have ever worked at.
Total lack of any sort of real direction. I was amazed by the amount of time wasted going in circles due to upper managements arrogance, ignorance and well overall laziness really is I believe what it came down to. Project had now well defined design and was constantly in a state of change due to the owners lack of concentration and micro-managing.
