The candidate will be dealing with the Indian produce market and must be fluent in Hindi or at least one (1) of the major dialects of India. MUST be fluent in English as well.

Description:

• Developing new business leads, expanding current and future client base
• Strong customer service support to our current client base
• Partnering with current customer base to provide unique value added produce

solutions and escalate issues to Sales Manager

• Data Entry
• Customer Service, Account Maintenance (receivables)
• Follow current sales plan
• Work with procurement and operations personnel as needed
• Work with wholesale and retail customers to maximize sales, maintain highest level of

customer service and establish a strong business relationship

• Monitor regional market pricing to ensure accurate customer pricing
• Other projects as assigned

Requirements:

• General Knowledge and Understanding of Fresh Produce Industry
• Strong Understanding of Retail Produce Sales and Advertising Processes for

the produce industry

• A track record of sales success in both top line volume growth and broadening sales

within current client base

• 3-5 years Experience in wholesale produce sales
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Strong Computer literacy
• Excellent Negotiation Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well with others
• Must be a results oriented team player
