Title: Technical and Business Process Document Writer

> Seeking an experienced document writer to blueprint technical systems and to document retail business workflow processes for a mixed audience to consume. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to implement a best practice document management process for a future SharePoint 2010 platform, optimizing document lifecycle features, and provide accurate consumer search results. The contract will be reviewed after 3 months for a potential new variable term.
> Skill Requirements:
> · Ability to document technical systems & business process workflow in graphical & text format.
> · Must be able to comprehend and articulate complex abstract concepts in laymen terms.
> · Interview and extract business process workflow knowledge from Business SMEs.
> · Interview and extract technical information from IT SMEs for technical and non-technical knowledge consumers .
> · Create standard Style Guides and document Templates (Visio & Word).
> · Establish an 'easy-to-maintain' document format & change management process.
> · Create 'easy-to-use' search and navigation knowledge base in SharePoint (D)
> · Extract information from source code (D).
