For Release Manager we need to identity 1 or 2 resources who has experience in following:

1. Minimum 3 years of release manager experience in managing complex system implementation programs( integration projects).

2. The Release manager experience in integration projects should be related to investment management products like SimCorp Dimension or similar Investment accounting products, Eagle PACE or similar Data Management product, Charles River, Calypso Trading systems

3. Release Manager should be experienced in handling technical and non technical aspects to taking a holistic view of the implementing changes, provide overall management of the release management process including recommendations for process improvements

4. Experience in creating project plans using MS Project

5. The resource should have minimum 10 years of overall experience
