Site Manager – Print & Mail

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day operations for print, mail, shipping and courier service between locations
  • Manage performance of employees over multiple locations to ensure service levels are maintained
  • Act as liaison between the company and clients – create effective communication between employees, customers and management
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Manage quality programs at client locations
  • Initiate, develop and implement process improvements to services and procedures that reduce cost and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all business processes are documented and updated as required, including day-to-day operational and disaster recovery plans
  • Coordinate the repair of equipment
  • Coordinate copying/printing with offsite facility
  • Prepare monthly performance reports
  • Interface with suppliers on a regular base regarding service levels
  • Measure service levels according to documented schedule
  • Review all requests for computer hardware and/or software and any other equipment, make recommendations for appropriateness and (upon approval) facilitate the ordering and installation processes
  • Manage all facets of records retention
  • Process and reconcile invoices pertaining to mailroom and shipping/receiving operations
  • Interview and assess potential candidates for employment
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Completion community college or university program, preferably in Office / Business Administration
  • Minimum 3-5 years prior working experience in Office Management and/or mailroom/facilities environments
  • Minimum 3-5 years managerial experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent office / business administration skills
