Pros: good salary
Cons: lack of trust from leadership to employees
A typical day at work is very dynamic, with a lot of technical meetings, reports to do, teams to encourage and cross functional meetings.
I have learned all my technical and management skills at GM, I have faced the real importance of having a good communication and a good relationship with all the co-workers, clients, etc.
Co-workers are usually high – more... qualified technically.
The hardest part of the job is to spend too much time explaining reasons to leadership just because they don't trust employees' decisions. In another hand the most enjoyable part of the job is to be able to know so many different talented people, from all around the world and being able to learn something new everyday. – less
