Cerebros Mobile Solutions Inc. is a creative app development company. We are currently developing a cutting edge mobile-to-mobile money transfer system where university and college students across North America can exchange money between friends and relatives remotely, safely, and securely, when cash is not on hand.

We're looking for an outstanding marketer with experience in our target market, a unique ability to understand marketing principles and concepts and use them to conduct quantitative and qualitative research to help develop our brand and product; ultimately, developing a pre and post launch marketing strategy. This role will be an integral part of the marketing team influencing the creation of a new brand and product. The candidate will need to work effectively, independently and in a team environment.

As a Market Research Analyst, you will contribute in the development of an innovative mobile platform and brand from start to finish by: conducting primary research, analyzing survey results, and providing summary reports and presentations. Typical projects include market sizing, brand/product positioning and customer focus groups. The successful candidate can look forward to client contact and will work closely with Digital Marketing Coordinator and Leadership team.

This position is responsible for developing and implementing market research projects that support the intelligence gathering and subsequent marketing plan and campaigns for Cerebros mobile platform.

-Conduct primary research of target market by writing questionnaires, arranging and conducting person-to-person or virtual interviews
-Organize, analyze and present findings and suggest recommendations for brand and product development in a concise and timely manner

-Conduct bi-weekly reports on competitive and industry landscape for mobile-payment vertical; national, continental and international
-Conduct research activity on Cerebros' target market and competitors’ mobile-payment usage statistics
-Organize, analyze and present findings and suggest recommendations for business strategy

-Support the development of a short-term and long-term marketing plan for Cerebros

-You thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with rapid change.
-Have a college diploma or university degree specializing in marketing, market research or statistics
-Exceptional English writing and oral skills
-Understand and have experience working with business models like: SWOT and Porters 5-Forces
-Have experience with various research tools and methodologies
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Exceptional self-organizational skills; ability to work in a team and independently;
-Positive attitude
-You are responsible with an outstanding work ethic
-Manage multiple projects and solve problems
-Be proficient with social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, etc.
-Be comfortable in the mobile solutions space
