Cons: when working for a large organization you tend to get lost in the numbers
I started working for GE through an aquisition. My co-workers are the best, we are a small unit that have worked together well, we consider our selves to be the perfect fit. The culture is quite different from most and there is learning, learning and more learning. There are lots of webx and meeting to circulate information. Pros: okay pay, benefits
Cons: lots of overtime making life/work balance unequal
Pay was pretty good, ALOT of overtime up to 20+ hours a week, which made home life/work balance hard. Over all good company to work for. They listened to the employees and try to make things fair for all.

Pros: multiple areas for experience and advancement
Cons: i didnt feel as if there were any.
Pulling orders and verify for correctness. Afterwards send to shipping. People are trained in multiple sections. Learned (knew) Pulling, Shipping, Forklifts(cert. on all G.E. forklifts) verifying. Co-workers had team concept. Hardest part-learning a new area. Not hard.
