We are presently recruiting for the following job opportunity
Position: Control Centre Site Supervisor
Location: Brampton
Pay rate: $21.00 – to start
Start Date: Immediately
Key Objectives:
To protect people and assets through sound judgment and keen observation skills

Responsibilities Include:
Coordinates security guards daily responsibilities.
Acts as point of contact to account manager/client
Review and/or reconcile Daily Security Activity log prior to shift hand over. Security Incident Response
- Support or respond to all security incidents
- Follow and Execute Security Incident Protocol
- Provide support to the team in resolving security incident
Access control for the facility or area posted
Ability to operate Security Control Center equipment/ systems, computers, radios, phones including blackberry.
Ensure that all safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and or Site Emergencies
Undertake site specific training as required, follow direction from Client and or Account Manager
Follow Post Orders as outlined by each site assigned
Monitor Radio Traffic on security channel and provide direction as needed Monitor CCTV – Security Cameras to identify suspicious activity
Monitor and acknowledge fire / burglar alarm panels for the facility
Ensure all assigned doors are locked or unlocked at the correct time. Answer incoming telephone calls and provide great guest service
Maintain and update Daily Security Activity Log
Meticulous Record Keeping, Report Writing and Observation Skills
Perform other duties as assigned by Client and or G4S management.

Skills/Knowledge/Qualification
Must possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License
Graduated for High school minimum –Post Secondary preferred
At least 2 years supervisory experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills preferably bilingual (English & French)
First Aid, CPR and Defibrillator required
Certified Protection Officer Designation an asset
