We’re seeking a Truck Service Manager for a rewarding position in Edmonton, Alberta. Reporting to the Branch Manager the Service Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance on engines platforms, warranty and technical escalation plans, supporting customer safety initiatives, organizing and scheduling technicians, and communicating with customers.

Terms of Employment:
$85,000/year to $96,000 depending upon experience. A comprehensive medical/dental benefits plan is available. A lucrative pension plan is included with the company matching at 4%.
Monday to Friday Working 8.00am – 4:30pm
Anticipated Start Date:
-Must be proficient at using electronic tools;
-Must have strong product technical engine familiarizations/qualifications;
-Must have a world class customer focused mentality;
-Must be organized and have the ability to organize others;
-Previous leadership experience is an asset;
-Basic knowledge of computers (ability to learn BMS);
-Proficient at the use of Troubleshooting Trees and Progressive Damage Guidelines;
-Effectively use Rapidserve on Catastrophic Failures where required.
Must be a Red Seal (Interprovincial) Certified Heavy Duty Mechanic or Truck and Coach Technician
