Job Description
The SALESFORCE.COM Manager is responsible for working with both technology resources and business resources (business analyst or business architect) to design, build, integrate and deliver SalesForce.com based technology projects. The person should bring inherent understanding of SALESFORCE.COM.com in specific and cloud based platform in general including on-demand services, integration of cloud based applications with on-premise business applications. The manager should have thorough understanding of all of SALESFORCE.COM.com platform’s offerings and be able to relate the platform solutions to client needs. This hands-on manager position will be responsible (working with delivery teams) for proposal and solution creation, presales support, project estimation and ultimate delivery of SALESFORCE.COM projects.

The profile should have 8-10 years of IT experience with at least last 4 years on SALESFORCE.COM based agile project delivery, in the capacity of Sr. technical lead and Project manager.

Skills Profile
Technical Operating System: Windows 2000, XP, Win 7
Products: Project delivery experience in Salesforce technology
Must Have: SalesForce.Com – Service Cloud, Force.Com/Appexchange platform, data.com
Nice to have Chatter,Radian6, Sales cloud, Heroku, site.com, rypple (in order of this priority)
Tools: SALESFORCE.COM tools, Ellipse IDE

Development methodology:
Strong understanding and practical experience in project delivery using agile and iterative development methodologies

Architecture & design:
Good understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, system integration

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for planning, estimating, and executing Salesforce based technical projects
2. Ability to manage distributed teams in project delivery
3. Ability to guide the teams on Force.com, data.com and sales/service cloud technology, especially integration of SALESFORCE.COM solution with other systems and ERPs
4. Work closely with client stakeholders and Capgemini solution architect in creating high level architecture, design, development, testing and delivery of SALESFORCE.COM projects
5. Hands on experience on Force.Com
