Great Benefit, Fast paced.
Marketing Operations Manager (Current Employee), Montréal, QC – June 2, 2013
It depends which department you work in but typically this is a fresh, fast-paced environment with a ton to learn and great benefits (gym, cafeteria, dry-cleaning on-site, special appreciation events, etc.)

Good people, great potential... but...
Corporate Sales Executive (Former Employee), Pointe-Claire, QC – September 24, 2012
Pros: salary, benefits
Cons: old school management, lack of efficiency in processes/applications, # of hours it takes to get work done, bad family/work life balance, excess stress, lack of sleep, bad diet...
Hard place to work.
People are nice, but due to micromanagement workload increases by 40% and isn't productive/efficient/profitable kind.

Great potential of a place, good industry with great commission structure. If you can handle a difficult environment Future is the place for you.

There's no Future in Future Electronics
(IMO) Asset Manager (Former Employee), Pointe Claire, Que – May 25, 2012
Pros: close to home
Cons: long hours, heavy workload
I worked for Future Electonics for 20 years and was laid off. Future is reknown to get rid of the old and bring in the new. No one retires from Future except maybe the VP's.

Modern facility, Great Management Staff
Supervisor (Former Employee), Southaven, MS – May 14, 2013
Pros: great team work
Cons: product info was never current
Arrived about 45 min early to communicate with 1st shift supervisor as well as update myself with the departments current events.
Management meeting at begining of shift. Process emails and special customer requests.
Prioritize job assignments.
Oversees operations: monitoring product handling and documentation.
Admin requirements, personnel issues etc.

Learned – more... to be flexible, the importance of across the board communication.

Management: Good team that worked well together

Empoyees can do more if trained properly and treated with respect.

As the market improved the company was very cautious about hiring.
This cause a strain on employees to work longer and harder which increased the error rate.

Enjoyed the daily satisfaction of on time shipping. – less

Hectic and Result Oriented
FAI Account executive (Current Employee), Bangalore – March 19, 2013
Pros: good team mates, good infrastructure
Cons: sales activities follow ups, no free lunch or transport system
A Place where you need to know everything regarding Sales Cylce- Presales, Sales, Operation, Logistics, Purchase.

Customer qualification data base will be given but You have to manage by generating your own Data Base by using tools which wouldn't be taught by the company.

Surviving is all that counts- Calls, Calls and Intelligent calls will save your – more... day/week/month billing.

Team mates are seasoned Veterans who have survived by getting the cream customers- the new joinees would have to grow fangs – less

Production and fun place to work.
Receiving Inspector/Picking-Quality Control Clerk (Former Employee), Southaven, MS – January 1, 2013
Pros: job security
Cons: benefits
Distributed warehouse for electronics. Daily responsibility was to make certain electronics was packed properly for the shipping department. Electronic parts was shipped all over the world. What I learned was that we worked together as a team in trying to get packages out for shipping all over the country. I learned about the different electronic parts – more... that was distributed thru the warehouse. Management made certain that these items was put out in timely manner. I was a team player with the other co-workers. I didn't have a situation that was hard about this company. The most enjoyable part of my job was being rewarded every two weeks with a payroll check. – less

Great pay and benefits - will have to fight corporate to sell!
STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER (Former Employee), Tulsa, OK – May 30, 2012
Pros: pay, benefits, customers
Cons: company as a whole
The pay and benefits here are really good. Unfortunately the corporate culture is such that in order for you to compete with other companies you have to fight corporate to give you a more competitive price. It is a constant battle and really holds you back from being able to close many deals. The hardest part of this job is working against the company – more... to sell their products - it literally makes you feel like they don't want you to succeed. The people locally are great - the most enjoyable part of the job are your customers. – less

Colin – July 18, 2012

Top Management does not know every employee, although your local middle management may. I worked with "top management" in Montreal, where they work, and they are completely and blissfully unaware of anything except the bottom line.

工作氛围还可以
INSIDE SALES (Former Employee), SHENZHEN LUOHU – April 15, 2013
工作氛围还可以,薪资在行业算中上水平,只是某方面的管理不太符合国情,这样对于销售来说有难度,要做大量的paper work,浪费时间。
