wide horizon of procedures, and weld types. Learned a ton of information of the welding aspect. Environment isn't that great though. And if you dont have a pressure ticket, you'r going to be a parts biotch. Free tools, gloves, safety glasses, and all other consumables though. The pay is alright, co-workers are good too.
The company has been through 3 operations managers since my employment there and it seems none of them can take the environment either.
