FUJIFILM Canada recently concluded a year-long cause-awareness campaign with the presentation of a cheque in the amount of $257,120 to the Children's Miracle Network & Wal-Mart Canada. Under the campaign banner of "Smile for Miracles", FUJIFILM donated a portion of proceeds sold from each custom-packaged QuickSnap camera at Wal-Mart stores in 2006. Children's Miracle Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving and improving the lives of children by raising funds for childrens' hospitals across North America. Each year the 170 Children's Miracle Network hospitals provide the finest medical care, life-saving research and preventative education to help millions of kids overcome diseases and injuries of every kind.
The "Smile for Miracles" program was formally, and personally endorsed by Wal-Mart Canada President, Mario Pilozzi. This executive-level support, along with the committed effort of FUJIFILM Sales managers, ensured strong sell-through to the tune of over 500,000 units in 2006.
True to our heritage of bringing memories to life, FUJIFILM Canada is proud to support the Children's Miracle Network who, for 24 years, has worked to bring miracles to life. – less–ZoomInfo
