My days were planned prior to going in and never had 2 days the same, everyday had different issues to deal with or resolved. It was challenging and rewarding both at the same time, I assisted my colleagues with their problems, management was always available to listen, teach and work out the kinks. I had a passion for my job and worked hard at researching, presenting and resolving. I never felt there was a hard part to the job because I enjoyed all aspects of it and when solutions were found and applied, it made the efforts all worth while. We were a Team and worked as a Team.
