FRONTIER PLUMBING & HEATING SUPPLY in SASKATOON is gathering expressions of interest from experienced, dynamic, self motivated, energetic sales and design consultants with excellent customer service and communication skills, to join our Showroom Sales Team to provide sales and technical support for our customers as you assist them with their plumbing needs
Reporting to the Showroom Manager, in this position you would be the first point of contact for our valued clients, and be responsible for developing a professional relationship with them as you assist with their selection of plumbing fixtures and accessories.
Duties will include quotations, order entry/expediting as well as responding to price and stock enquiries. To succeed in this role, you will need a desire to remain abreast of, and become expert in, the product lines displayed in the showroom.
The successful candidates will be adaptable, detail oriented, creative and professional in dealing with our clientele. Stellar customer service skills, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts are key qualifications. Strong computer skills are a must. Good understanding of sales techniques, excellent planning and time management skills, the ability to multi-task, and a solid work ethic are also essential.
To be successful in this role you will have a sales background, preferably in a plumbing showroom, with 3+ years of related experience, and a minimum grade 12 education. You are someone who is self motivated and can work independently or as part of a team, have a passion for excellence and a desire to work hard to achieve results.
