Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative work such as answering phones, faxing, photocopying and making invoices
  • Organization of set up and tear down of all events
  • Close coordination with Executive Chef, General Manager and Owner
  • Organize all details of events from rentals, staffing and menu selection
  • Organize drivers and kitchen staff for all lunch time corporate catering
  • Develop and maintain clients through strong intrapersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Event Planning, Business Admin, Marketing and Communications considered an asset or equal amount of experience in major event planning
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Must be extremely organized and able to multi task on multiple events
  • Takes initiative proactively
  • Must have a positive attitude and open to feedback
  • Flexible schedule- some weekends are required
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Strong networking skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and career minded
