Account Manager (Sales)
Working with a team, and reporting to the Director of Sales, you as the Account Manager will develop existing accounts and brings in new accounts. High level of customer service satisfaction and relationship building are your driving forces.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing annual personal sales budget plans and updated quarterly forecasts
- Servicing accounts by establishing positive relationships with key decision makers, and demonstrating strong follow through on commitments
- Sourcing new accounts through a disciplined sales approach
- Negotiating price with a keen awareness of market pricing, supply, and quality of produce items
- Providing tactical assistance for cross selling opportunities with other team members
Some of your great qualities and skills:
- Relevant sales experience, produce or food industry experience
- Up and coming entrepreneur with eagerness to learn and a great attitude
- College or University graduate an asset
- Good negotiation skills
- Strong financial skills (fast with numeracy and very analytical)
- Effective communication and relationship building skills
