Although the work that WE does is pretty incredible, they have some serious challenges with retaining employees. The salary they offer is not competitive and the benefits that come with the job do not compensate for that. The senior management often have no actual experience in their fields and have only worked their way up to their positions. Executive and CEOs are out of touch with employees and all decisions are made top down with little input from anyone else in the company. Job responsibilities are often added to your portfolio with no additional compensation offered.
With all of that said, the workplace culture can be pretty great and the company is filled with a lot of great people, even if they don't end up staying longer than a year or two.
