Full-time Contract Receptionist
Fred Levy Professional Corporation - Toronto, ON

Small to mid-sized downtown accounting firm specializing in the entertainment industry requires a full-time contract receptionist covering for maternity leave (with opportunity to work beyond the contract). The following skill set is required:

-Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
-Professional and confidential
-Proficient in Word & Excel
-Self-starter who can work independently and who is available to work overtime whenver required (specifically for the months of March & April)
-Ability to anticipate, understand and respond to the needs of all senior staff to meet or exceed expectations
-Able to work in a fast paced work environment with many interruptions and multiple priorities
-Strong organizational ability in order to effectively co-ordinate workload
-Team player
-Previous reception experience is required
-Bookkeeping experience would be beneficial

-University graduate - not required but would be preferred
