Restaurant Franchise Company is looking for Operation Manager. You will be responsible for Managing the day to day Operations including Working in Restaurants, Training Franchisees and Employees, Auditing Franchised Locations (Canada and USA), Attending Franchise Trade shows (Canada and USA), some Accounting, Calling and meeting with Potential Franchisees, Calling Franchisees, Calling Suppliers, attending to several Phone calls and planning schedule for construction Crew for new restaurants.
Some Previous Restaurant and Public relation Experience needed in addition to having a great Smile and able to manage a crowd of Professionals that will be visiting our Booth during Tradeshows. Need to know how to work a crowd!!! You must be either a Canadian citizen or have a valid visa for USA and must have a vehicle.
This is a Perfect job for someone who wants to start Part-time and then get into full Time position. Full time Position right from the beginning is Possible.
FULL TRAINING PROVIDED. You will be going through Training process for one Year. To start with you will be working as an independent contractor and in the future you will be getting a Salary with Bonus.
During Training process for 1 year, Here are the payment Arrangements.
Tradeshow Events $100 per Day
Auditing Locations (Outside of GTA) $100 per Day plus Gas and Rental Car Expenses.
Auditing Locations (Within GTA) $12 an hour. Plus Gas
Working at any of our Restaurant (Franchised and Corporate Stores) $11 an hour.
Working with President of the Company $11per hour for the first 6 months and $12 per hour after 6 months
Paid twice a month, on the 5th and on the 20th of the Month
