The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Fourth Dimension team in all aspects of client projects and daily operations. The successful candidate will assist in a variety of digital and print based marketing project as well as various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, understands the importance of a deadline, is client-service focused, has excellent work ethics and detail-driven. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and execution of all initiatives undertaken by the agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the execution of all activities required throughout the workflow process by working closely with department or project manager(s)
  • Tracks and manages established plans and timelines to ensure all deliverables and milestones are met
  • Coordinates internal work-flow from start to finish for all tasks related to each project
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all client and internal files related to each project
  • Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions and internal meetings as requested
  • Assists with general administrative duties including but not limited to phone reception, placing office orders, scheduling courier services, requesting estimates from vendors etc.
  • Assists in the preparation of project financial documents, which includes assisting with project estimates and preparing monthly client invoices

  • Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize when faced with tight deadlines or numerous demands
  • Detail oriented with an ability to coordinate project schedules, manage documents, and organize assets and information
  • Proactive in taking initiative for identifying and resolving issues, strong problem solving skills
  • Has a good understanding of when to request more information and when to pursue solutions/answers from independent sources
  • Must have the ability to multi-task projects and resources with high level of accuracy
  • Energetic and highly motivated with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies and environments


  • University degree or college diploma in Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or Communications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a marketing, advertising, or Information Technology environment
  • Agency experience is an asset
  • Excellent at MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word skills
  • Demonstrated successful project coordination of small to large projects in the past within a corporate or college environment
