Primarily focusing on processing orders for Leduc DC.
Taking calls from customers, liaising with Main Distribution Centre for lead times, submitting quotations and entering orders into ERP (Navision)
Working with other inside/outside sales team members to ensure communication.
Meet with customers as required
Generate reports as needed and take part in departmental meetings
Other duties as required. (on call, cross training etc…)
Post-Secondary education or equivalent Inside Sales/Order Desk experience
Strong Knowledge of tubular handling equipment (slips, elevators, tongs) and instrumentation (gauges, mud sensors etc…) considered an asset.
Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient level computer skills including MS Office Tools
Experience with ERP/MRP systems considered an asset
Excellent telephone sales personality skills
Excellent time management skills (able to work to a deadline)
Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
