Job Description:
Responsible for Business-to-Business lead generation, sales and marketing. This individual will be cold calling, gathering sales intelligence and must be content with handling objections and the entire sales process. Must be willing to work out of our office in Calgary when necessary. Must have your own transportation as you willing be travelling.
o Financial Services industry experience
o Able to work independently; self-motivated, goal orientated and dependable
o Excellent telephone and written communication skills, attention to detail
o Able to engage management decision-makers and influences at any level
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
o Understand the sales process and able to process to targets Field sales. Recruiting or marketing experience is a plus
o Proven track record in cold calling, sales prospecting and appointment setting
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and telephone protocol
o CRM software experience preferably Maximizer but not a requirement
