there is an extreme turn over on employees. The job requires travel to fort mcmurray however is not paid for. You are not trained what-so-ever when you get out there. The manager is very disorganized and has difficulty showing up to work. He disciplines for actions that he does, and does not stand up for his employees. When you arrive on site you start your shift so most start days you are up 24 hour or more and it is the same for you last day of rotation. Rotations are 20 days in 20 days off, there for you spend 3 weeks at a time without a pay check. Some people are given preferential treatment over others as they are friends of the Managers. It is a very difficult group to work with.
no one gets along. too much turnover
