Foothills School Division uses a variety of technologies that require a flexible, collaborative team-based approach to support. The Network Analyst has a broad knowledge base and skill set that can be leveraged as a part of a collaborative team dedicated to ensuring excellent end-user experiences. The Network Analyst will assist in the design, installation, and support of local area networks (LANs) and the divisional wide area network (WAN) including the installation, security and backup of networked systems and relevant data. The position includes conducting research and evaluating network technology and recommending purchases of network equipment.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in any or all of the following areas: Cloud-based and Wireless solutions in an enterprise setting, configuring and supporting Voice Over IP (VOIP) telephones and equipment, configuring and supporting network switches from multiple manufacturers (specifically Cisco Systems ), knowledge of communication cabling standards as well as the ability to develop written and graphical documentation of network infrastructures.
Qualifications include a selection of the following in order of priority: Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification, Must have Microsoft MCSE (SCCM & MDT, Server, Private Cloud and SharePoint), Apple – ACTC 10.8, VMWare, and DCompTIA Network +.
