My typical day is to get all the breakfast ready and take care of customers and cook and serve what they would like that day.
By 11 am i start to prepare the lunch specials and get all prepared and prepped and ready for noon.
I make sure that the cafe is cleaned at all time. I also have to make sure that all orders are done on time.
Every month i have to get inventory done.
I have been learning how to manage time and how to do inventory and how to do orders and take care of the customers in a fast pace.
I get alone and work well with my co-worker.
The hardest part of the job would be when we are not busy and my hours get cut.
I very much enjoy being with the public and helping them with what they need. I Enjoy cooking and keeping busy at all times
