A typical day for me is to bake, make soup and specials. I have been working on a new marking program that finally been approved.
I have finally won over the customer base providing good quality food and adding the preference to there individual taste. I provide off the menu items as required if the product is available.
Working on line in a fast paced environment has been the biggest challenge but I have done a pretty good job mastering it.
I have a great team that I work with on a daily basis. My supervisor is the best she is there when I need her but mostly lets me do my thing.
The most enjoyable part of this position has been winning back a very disgruntled customer base. I know most buy name and what they will have most of the time. They do change it up on occasion and have my specials and my soups are a huge hit.
