Fiber Optic Technician (Former Employee) –  Vernon, BC27 January 2017
no room for growth, some times youv have to put your own money for gas, and also buy your own material which is also kinda crazy when you work for them as a technician, overall a bad company to work for

Focus is certainly the most professional atmosphere I've worked in. Working along side the engineers of this company was great experience for me.

I had a short-term contract position which offered continuous opportunities to learn the land surveying system of Alberta. This office had a great culture and provided a good work/life balance.

-------------- (Current Employee) –  Grande Prairie, AB8 January 2015
Management is unprofessional
there is no communication within the company and between co workers.
They don't like you to move around within the company even though they promote advancement.
If someone higher up doesn't like you they will black ball you and try and get you to quit.
Disorganized
Pros
Some people that work there are awesome
Cons
Management isnt the greatest

Distribution (Current Employee) –  Grande Prairie, AB31 December 2014
Everyday is different.
I have learnt to ask questions no matter what. Do not assume. Go right to the sources instead of asking around.
Co-Workers are awesome.
Every department is a client and they are treated that way.
The hardest pat would be getting a hold of the Project Managers if they are out of the office.
Pros
Work / Life balance
Cons
Poor Management

Project Coordinator
Account Service (Former Employee) –  Markham, ON13 June 2014
I have been working for this role for 6 months. at the beginning it is not easy to find the registration and the process is not that easy to follow. When I passed the first 2 months, i found it become easy to find new leads. And the payment is not that high, but they issue the cheques on time and hassle free. When I become familiar with the staffs, it is easy to ask for more marketing support as long as the leads can be delivered
Pros
cash job. flexible in timing. home office. short working time
Cons
difficult for the 1st month. keep talking with others
