PROJECT FRAME OBJECTIVES:

The three Chinese’s construction companies were TCC, CMTCC (MCC) and JDCC. Address HACCP issues in the kitchen facility and hygiene standard within the camp facilities. Ensure the compliance conduct of HACCP reports and procedures of the site caters CIS Catering International & Services for Ivanhoe Mines after request off the Mongolian Health Department to address the HACCP standard on site. The prime purpose of both projects is to delivery future lifecycle for production and increase capacity for the market. Detailed planning of all stakeholders and parties is required for these unique types of projects. Contract compliance, Environmental, Legislation, Procurement, contractual challenges where faced by all associated partners, contractor and vendors. Strategic planning was required to meet the all joint partner requirement, internal and external circumstances of design, procurement, construction and commissioning had to be faced on a daily matter. Due to the origin unknown design obstacles faced on the site, through planning and tracking of resource, material where addressed. Quality reporting and detail document tracking sent daily to all associate stakeholders gave this project the keys to succeed.
Ensure the Contact compliance and conduct HACCP inspections, reporting and procedures of the site catering, accommodation, logistic services, maintenance reports and repairs and address security issues of the facility for the site management as well as address the requirements of the Mongolian Health Department and address the HACCP standard on site.
Manage a multi-disciplinary team by supporting, monitoring and alerting of all planning, scheduling, cost engineering, contract and procurement project activities. Assign and implement all project objectives in relation to but not limited to revising, forecasting and estimating of project activities. Confer with site services staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority within prescribed budget. Prepare and review reports for status on project activities, contract, procurement and project milestone deliverables. Manage the operational facilities and infrastructure, including conducting training for the 190 + Mongolian staff employed on the project site, as well as doing a daily report on the site operations to the onsite Camps Operations Manager. I worked with a joint site management team of Chinese’s and Mongolian staff on site. My shift rotation was 6 weeks on 2 weeks off flying in and out of Australia to Mongolia.
