Perform word processing, drafting letters and documents; deal with inquiries by phone and email; create and maintain a filing system; make preparations for meeting and travel and schedule appointments for the staff; print, fax and scan documents.

Having a degree in literature an asset. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, good knowledge of French. Have a good working knowledge of various software, such as MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc..
Accounting experience an asset.
