Generaly, a good company to work for.
Industrial Electrician - CNRL Horizon Site (Former Employee), Fort McMurray, ABJuly 9, 2013
Pros: chance to learn in an industrial environment for new electricians
Cons: nepotism
Opportunity to learn a lot as they hire electricians with no industrial experience, and in this way you get the opportunity to learn new skills in troubleshooting and the use of different instruments and – more... equipment, if you are coming from construction.

Another good thing they tend to advance from within the company to different management levels, so there is a chance to get yourself in a position of management if you stay long enough with the company, or if you know the right people.
This can be a good thing for some of the people working there but it has a negative impact on the company. The newly made leaders luck the knowledge and aptitudes, a lot of mistakes are done, the company and the client suffers, and this is one of the reasons attrition rate is high, (but not according to management).
