Generaly, a good company to work for.
Pros: chance to learn in an industrial environment for new electricians
Opportunity to learn a lot as they hire electricians with no industrial experience, and in this way you get the opportunity to learn new skills in troubleshooting and the use of different instruments and equipment, if you are coming from construction.
Another good thing they tend to advance from within the company to different management levels, so there is a chance to get yourself in a position of management if you stay long enough with the company, or if you know the right people.
This can be a good thing for some of the people working there but it has a negative impact on the company. The newly made leaders luck the knowledge and aptitudes, a lot of mistakes are done, the company and the client suffers, and this is one of the reasons attrition rate is high, (but not according to management).
(if you are a scaffolder and attend a Toast-Masters in your town, you got the chance to go high-places)
