A typical day at work involves assisting AT&T customers with troubleshooting cell phone devices that are not working properly. As a customer service rep/technician, if I am unable to duplicate or resolve device issue,if a customer is in warranty by date or has special provisions, a replacement device is given. Details notes on all customers are taken.
I – more... have learned to be patient and use my customer service skills to resolve problems along with adapting to company policy changes weekly.
I strive to be an essential team member to my co-workers and help to get great customer service scores on a daily basis.I get along with all my co-workers and we help each other with resolving issues on a daily basis.
The hardest part of my job is dealing with unsatisfied customers; not being able to duplicate an issue that the customer may be experiencing and/or assisting a customer whos device is not under warranty and cannot recieve a replacement through warranty. This can make dealing with customers, very challenging.
The most enjoyable part of my jobs is being able to help a customer in need and that customer being satisfied with services provided, whether it is resolving an issue through troubleshooting or replacing a device through warranty. – less
