A typical day at work was fixing and repairing wireless technology, interacting and working with Verizon Wireless sales staff, and providing customer service/technological advice for wireless customers. I learned about data/email technology, wireless technology, Blackberry operations, and how to diagnose/repair wireless technology. I worked with fellow – more... employees from varying backgrounds and technological expertise. I learned everything I know about wireless technology from coworkers and Verizon Wireless sales staff. The hardest part would be during the holidays. The most enjoyable part was dealing with new and different challenges that customers would present us with on a daily basis. – less
