Busy day, good comunications with the co-workers, good team. I learned that people are different and when you respect that you get the same response from them. Good management, nice co-workers. The hardest part of the job, when you can't control some malfunction of the equipment. Management is generally nice, understanding. The work place is clean and secure. Most of the tools needed are given at the start of work.
The biggest con is that spare parts system is poorly managed at the facility. Some of the crucial tools and materials – more... are not always available for work. Spare part from third party vendors often arrive with built in defect. – less

Worked as repair operator on PCB board.I received certifaction in PCB repair. Managment was very help full,work life balance even in shift work setting.Co workers were like family,very help full, i made many friend who will be my friend for life.

I learned that rules are there for office workers only. Listen to the boss even if he is wrong and you can prove him wrong. The head of HR says she is there to help, but only if a group gets together to complain.
Most of the employees are friendly.

Work at flextronics was very enjoyable you learn a lot of how to work as a team and it will strengthen your customer service skills ans sales skills. It was also a commission driven job where you are required to meet monthly sale quotas.

Required to do more work that we were not comensated for and then they removed our contract.

It was always busy but somewhat not very organized. The upper management team was very unpredictable . The people that still work there now don't like it they only remain there because of the pay. I will say that I learned a lot under the leadership of my direct management team. The plant managers and executive leaders were not good at all at that time.

There is always pos and neg or improvement in everywhere we work. This company is above average:)

It was a great fun job . My co-workers were very friendly and enjoyable and I loved the whole experience.

I spent my day helping celluar customers when their phones did not work. Keeping busy customers going. There was career advancement but got laid off when contact ended and was not renewed from verizon wireless

It was a fun place to work but not alot of room for growth the position is declining and they are currently not hiring for this position.
