Controller Job Description

Flexserv is the leading provider of a full range of corporate services to small and medium size enterprises – organizations that typically range in size from 20 to 200 employees. Our customers look to us to fully manage their bookkeeping and accounting, finance, human resources, and information technology. This frees up our client’s executive and staff to focus on their core strategic activities such as sales and delivery, while we manage their entire corporate services. Our staff work in a matrixed environment, working on one or more clients, depending on the workload generated by each of our clients. You may be teamed with certain Flexserv specialists for one client and other Flexserv specialists for another client. Ultimately, our clients see you and the rest of our team as an integral part of their company on a medium to long term basis. You have the option of working full or part-time, depending on your preference and the availability of appropriate assignments among our clients.
