Fitterfirst ( is looking for an energetic, organized and professional individual to join our team as a Sr. Admin Assistant. This person will work closely with the companies President, graphic/ marketing team and administration team. We offer a competitive salary and this position brings plenty of room for advancement. Skills and Competencies:

- Very well organized and good at organizing others
- Intermediate to advanced level computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to details, ability to problem solve and ability to multi-task
- Strong background in marketing and sales very helpful


Human Resources:
- Manage staff scheduling and answer questions
- Manage vacation schedule to allow for proper staffing

- Schedule and attend weekly Marketing meetings
- Review new Marketing opportunities closely with the President
- Send requirements to and liaison between departments
- Help make promotional emails/show specials
Screen and review print and online ad charges

Trade Show:
- Booking Trade show booths, flights, car rentals and hotels
- Pack tradeshow items to be delivered to site
- Ensure all invoices correspond to payments
- Enter in sales orders after each show

Promos/Sponsorship and loans:
- Communicate with people who are in need of product sponsorship and work within a budget on who will get them
- Make sales orders
- Track outstanding loans and charge credit cards where appropriate

Wholesale customers:
- Assist with developing relationship with clients
- Take customer service calls and emails
