Looking to fill our overnight customer service rep position. Full Time (30-40 hours per week), Monday- Thursday and the occasional weekend shift, plus benefits!
Greet and welcome members in a warm and friendly manner.
Member’s needs met courteously and promptly
Handle complaints with courteous and professionalism
Book appointments to accommodate member’s needs
Adhere to and promote monthly marketing
Responsible for selling tanning and proshop merchandise
Attend monthly meetings and training
Attention to detail
Light cleaning duties
