Don’t waste your time with this one
MSR (Former Employee) –  Niagara, ON3 December 2017
Branch managers don’t do their jobs, no coaching provided, no performance feedback.
Only part time positions available. Inefficient Union, not there to do anything but collect fees from part time employees to benefit full time employees. Union rep is a joke, she does nothing to benefit the employees.
Impossible to find assistance to do your job right. Training is minimal and poor at best.
The banking system is prone to error and requires frequent cutting and pasting of information. This allows for frequent errors and lack of customer service.
Pros
Decent pay
Cons
Terrible experience

This company is awful I worked for them for about 3 months part tie employees have no rights no suriety no benifits nothing! One week you'll work full time then be off for 2 they'll call you minutes before needing you to fill a shift and be upset you can't be ontime you can't call someone at 1 50 to be in for 2 pm doesn't work like that. The ladies are all mean stuck up rude unhelpful! The training is pointless and the branch managers don't have a clue on what there doing what so ever. Only positive thing I can say about this job is the pay is decent but only if you have shifts ! Union is pointless only is there really for full timers. A part time union is there but they don't help there no where to be found or contacted just pay a lot in fees ! Their very judgmental to those with poor credit and on social assistants and a lot of the women who work there spend a lot of there time gossiping, new employees couldn't ask for help if they wanted to because everyone's too busy talking unkindly or to good to help you there's a lady Amy at the niagara branch she's the meanest person ever ! Dave the manager doesn't know what day of the week it is half the time. It's just a over all terrible place of employment and if there not careful I think someday there's find there self in trouble for the discrimination and unprofessional ways!

A very good company to work with in Stoney creek. Very Nice staff that encourages every day to give best. Hardest part is sometime system is down and we need to work for long hours and not enough specialized resource to find the solution.
Pros
Free BBQs in summer

Not organised work structure

TELLER (Current Employee) –  Union, ON3 January 2017
Day to day sales targets and product knowledge a must. High turn-over and constant movement within company (including upper management). Can be stressful but has a team player environment.
