Horrible place to work. Good ole boy system throughout the plant. You will do better to work at McDonalds! All the good people who try to do good are run off and the lazy cutthroats are promoted.

Process Engineer (Former Employee) –  King of Prussia, PA24 December 2017
This company is the worst company a person can work for. The culture is fake and not friendly at all. Everyone stabs you in the back and managers are horrible. Extremely poor communication and training opportunities.

Forklift Operator (Former Employee) –  McElhattan, PA17 December 2017
Good job and very fast paced. They treat you with respect. Good pay, but it is 12 hour days. You could bid on different positions if one opens. Hard to get in full time. They usually only hire through a temp agency.
Pros
Great pay, good people.
Cons
Hard work, short breaks.

Laborer (Current Employee) –  McElhattan, PA10 December 2017
If your looking into a physical, demanding shift and the team leads and supervisors act like they own you, this is your place to work. There's always going to be tensions and drama between bosses or co workers and they are always going to be on the lookout to get you fired.

Press Operator (Former Employee) –  Anderson, SC6 December 2017
Stay away! Press dept has horrific management. Upper management doesnt see the true supervision and threats that are happening. Owners need to clean house and start over in the press dept. Took me years to have enough of it and i wouldnt wish that place on anyone. Forget about a home or family life. You have been warned.

Work 12 hour days, work every other weekend, decent pay for what you're doing. Management will get things done whenever asked, very clean work place. Hardest part of the job is working 12 hours and every other weekend.

Team Leaders and managers are horrible and cut throat like the devil
Line stocker (Former Employee) –  Macon, GA16 November 2017
I experience harassment form my supervisor and bunch of elementary men that kiss tail to keep their job. The HR is mediator to make the minority people think that she cares about you instead of the buddy buddy system and being fair to everybody. No advancement for minorities. A lot of racism. A WOMAN dont stand a chance working in the warehouse especially a minority

Long breaks and free lucheon

Process Operator (Current Employee) –  Anderson, SC21 October 2017
Not worth your time unless you are good at sucking up to people. Their advancement is based on the buddy buddy system. The owner either doesn't know all the wrong doings of their managers or does not care. They do discriminate, do not look to advance if you are person of color or woman.
Pros
Great pay and insurance benefits
Cons
Short breaks, long hours, buddy system advancement, & incompetent management

Culture and management horrible
Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) –  Anderson, SC11 October 2017
Do yourself a favor and don't work for first quality print and packaging. The only people that matter to the new plant operations manager and the other one that was demoted back to QA manger are people who kiss their butts. This is the culture of people they want and get jobs made up to make them feel special. These are the people that are making more money and the people who bust their butts and work get screwed. The management as a whole is awful and do not know how to treat people. It is an awful environment to work in and I for one will never recommend anyone to work for them. The management backgrounds are from automotive and they know nothing about print and packaging and it shows on a daily basis. The turnover is bad and will continue to be with the management they have. If you like being screwed and not appreciated then work for this company, but don't say you was not warned
Pros
Some good people
Cons
Bad management and a lot of butt kissing

Horrible management
Lead (Current Employee) –  Hazleton, PA5 October 2017
The line management is good but as you work your way up to plant mamagement and hr they no nothing about the production jobs but pretend to know everything. Lines are constantly under staffed. Hr also prides themselves on how they are competive with their pay because they pay more than the warehouses in the area but fail to realize being a machine operator is not the same as being a lift driver. They pay a few cent more for a job where you are constantly learning new things compared to learning a lift or a pick and pack system in 2 weeks and your good for life. Once you move your way up to a higher position such as a lead they also start cutting back on your raises no matter how well your reveiws go.
Pros
Paid lunch
Cons
Pay, managment

Forklift Operator (Former Employee) –  Lewistown, PA16 September 2017
Warehouse breaks down because tech's don't know the full extent of how to repair and up keep the machines and automated equipment. Management and HR only hire from with in to employees family members. No experienced people are hired or of diversity in work place.

A good manager listens to understand not to reply!!!!!
Press/extrusion (Former Employee) –  Anderson, SC17 July 2017
Has the potential to be a great company but there down side is their management. Not all but some. The press department is a joke due to the person in charge of that area. You can not have someone with no people skills, who yells instead of teaches, who specks negative about his employees, who contradicts himself on everything, and will lie to anyone about anything to make himself look good, or someone who walks around like he owns the place. A manager who makes promises only to break them the very next day. This part of the company will NEVER succeed with someone like this in charge. The turnover is horrible and the only ones that stay for so long are there for the money.

Not giving that out (Current Employee) –  Anderson, SC First Quality P&P15 May 2017

Good pay but management is a nightmare
Operator (Former Employee) –  Anderson, sc2 May 2017
If you can tolerate being screamed, yelled, and cursed at by the machine manager on an almost daily basis then you should manage just fine here. Didn't seem to be a bad company, they just have some people with serious issues in charge. Turnover is terrible, the constant training is a nightmare. HR is constantly promising changes only to then delay them or never implement them, most are not well thought out. Everyone above you knows how to do your job better than you do.
Pros
Decent pay, good benefits
Cons
Interrupted to non existent breaks, abusive management, strict policies that are selectively enforced
