Not a good place to work
Administration (Former Employee), Toronto, OnOctober 2, 2013
Pros: if you kiss the team leader you know what ... you can go far
Cons: management favors certain people
First National is a joke. The team I worked on has no morals. Teamleader plays games throws silly string, paper balls and elastic bands with team members.
God forbid you speak your mind you get talked to the boss and his boss.
If you want to play games this is a great place to work. If you actually want to learn something go elsewhere.
Training not – more... that great and if you don't catch on quickly your pretty much can say goodbye to your job. – less

Not a very bad place to work but won't recommend.
Discharge officer (Former Employee), TorontoJanuary 19, 2012
Pros: given the ablitiy to work unsupervised, yearly bonus depending on your performance, flexable working hours
Cons: no incentives
There are opportunity for growth but this depends on how well you can get along with the upper level management personal and how well they like you as a person. It is not what you know but who you know.
The training provided is good, the benefits not bad. One can work well in this company once you keep you mouth shut in do your job.
