The Operations Manager is full time/ salary position with annual incentives and exteneded benefits located in the Head Office in Grande Prairie.
Operation/managing fleet maintenance of all company equipment including fire equipment maintenance.
Tracking equipment cost / efficiency / quality assurance and improvements strategies within the organization.
Assist in preparing company budgets and capital expenditures.
Supervise all Station Managers within various locations in Alberta.
Assist Station Managers hiring of staff.
Assist Dispatch with effective movement of equipment.
Monitor Equipment Safety / Driver programs.
Must be prepared to travel as required to various Station Locations and customer sites.
Preference will be given to candidates wiht previous management experience, mechanically inclined individuals with fire background and minimum class 3.
