Work in Italy this summer teaching English and doing activities with Italian children.

Details:
We are hoping to recruit a number of energetic and creative young adults/students aged 18+ to come to work in Italy this summer teaching English to Italian children aged between 6 and 14 years old.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have some previous experience working or volunteering with children and teenagers as well as a willingness to teach English and to do fun activities with the children.
A teaching qualification is not essential but would be a bonus, as would any type of experience working previously in any types of youth programs.
Above all you should be creative and willing to give the children an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Package:
In return you will receive weekly reimbursements and accommodation with either an Italian family or the course director. This is an excellent opportunity to learn some Italian and experience Italian culture.
Your work and accommodation will be based in the town of Voghera in North Italy (This is a city between Milan and Genoa).

Job details:
You will work from Monday to Friday from 8am until 6pm per day. You will be with the children from 9am until 5pm so that you have an hour either side of this for preparation and any staff meetings. In the morning you will teach English and lead conversation classes and after lunch you will do activities with the children.
At the weekend you will be free to explore this area of Italy or spend time with your Italian host family.

Contracts are for a minimum of 3 weeks and up to 12 weeks. The course runs during the months of June, July and August.

If you would like to join us this summer in Italy, please respond to this advert giving your full name and email address and we will send you an application form to complete and send back to us.
