But you is just a number, incompetent management, piles of problems and mess all over the business processes. But if you trying to speak about, or offer better solutions, you will hurt someone feelings and possibly - interests. They fire people in a blink of the eye - you called to the office and literally a minute later - escorted out of the building. Efforts, results are not appreciated.
